FRANdata gives Just Cuts a 5-star rating

03 Aug 2022

Just Cuts has been recognised as a very high performing brand through the Australian Franchise Rating Scale™. The franchise system, which demonstrated a high level of transparency and a very high level of franchise performance, was awarded a 5 star rating.

“The review evidenced a long established and very successful franchise model across all categories measured,” said FRANdata’s Australian CEO Darryn McAuliffe. “Independent external surveys showed that Just Cuts’ franchisees feel satisfied and very well supported by the franchisor. There was also a very high continuity rate across the network”.

McAuliffe expects heightened interest in Just Cuts from the lending community given the franchise system is also finalising a Franchise Underwriting report for lenders.

A 32-year history

Just Cuts CEO, Amber Manning, said: “Just Cuts is incredibly proud of our proven system, our processes and our incredible people who are serving 100,000 Australians weekly, 32 years after our very first franchised salon opened.

“This FRANdata recognition as a very high performing franchise system reinforces what our clients, stylists and passionate franchise family of single and multisalon owners already know – that Just Cuts represents a trusted Australian brand dedicated to delivering small business success through our constantly evolving model.

“Through our focus on technology, collaboration and transparency, we remain committed to simplifying small business ownership so that you don’t actually need to be a hairdresser to open your very own Just Cuts salon.”

FRANdata Australia is Australia’s leading franchise business intelligence and information advisory business. Ratings are allocated after an independent and fact-based assessment across seven key categories.
