Lekha began her Just Cuts journey as a Stylist, gaining valuable experience within the brand before taking the next step into franchising. Ryan also brought his hairstyling experience to the partnership, having worked as a Stylist outside the Just Cuts network. Together, they combine their skills, industry knowledge and enthusiasm to build a successful future at Just Cuts Newmarket.
What sets Lekha and Ryan apart is their hands-on approach to salon ownership. Both remain actively involved on the salon floor as Stylists, while also leading and managing their team.
