Just Cuts has marked another strong year across its franchise network, with 27 Salons achieving more than $1 million in annual revenue in 2026, up from 24 last year.
The milestone lands as new Group CEO Andrew Kidd, who stepped into the role on 10 August 2026 after more than 30 years in franchising across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, completes his first month in the role.
The growing Million Dollar Club reinforces the strength of the Just Cuts model, which combines a well-established brand and simple no-appointment offering with proven systems, ongoing support and local Franchise Owners.
The milestone follows the recent Just Cuts Franchise Owners Conference in Queenstown, where Franchise Owners from across the network came together to focus on strengthening Salon performance and building their businesses.
Since Queenstown, Mr Kidd has been on what he calls his conference follow-up lap, visiting Franchise Owners in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Auckland and Perth to hear directly from the network before he locks in his forward strategy.
Just Cuts CEO Andrew Kidd said the results showed the strength of a model that has continued to evolve over more than four decades.
“Having 27 Salons achieve more than $1 million in annual revenue is a fantastic result and a reflection of the strength of the Just Cuts model and the Franchise Owners and teams behind it,” Mr Kidd said.
“What makes Just Cuts powerful is its simplicity. Clients know they can walk in without an appointment and receive a quality Style Cut from a fully qualified hairdresser, while our Franchise Owners are backed by established systems, support and more than 40 years of experience.
“The fact that more Salons are reaching this milestone shows what can be achieved when you combine that proven model with great Franchise Owners who understand their Clients and local communities.”
“Everything I’m hearing from Owners on this trip is feeding straight into how we shape the brand,” Mr Kidd said.
