A new Just Cuts salon is coming to Port Adelaide Plaza this month, with Just Cuts Port Adelaide opening to Clients on Thursday 28 October inside the new section of the shopping centre.
Just Cuts Port Adelaide Plaza will employ 6 local, fully qualified Stylists.
Just Cuts Port Adelaide Plaza Owner Shezad Javed says he’s excited to open despite COVID-19.
“I’ve been watching the new housing developments in Port Adelaide closely,” said Shezad. “The area is growing quickly so I felt now was the right time to get into the area early with my business.
I’m opening in a high foot traffic location between Coles and Kmart, which is perfect for me because the Just Cuts model is based on no appointments, just walk in Style Cuts.”
“Just Cuts specialise in hair for all ages, so I’m hoping that if someone walks in and has a great experience they’ll bring their spouse or kids in next time and we’ll grow consistently from there.”
Shezad says value and safety have become more important for Clients during COVID-19.
“To be successful in the current business landscape you need to offer great value and safe hygiene practices. These are the 2 key points I’m focusing on to bring Clients through my salon doors.”
“Just Cuts have contactless Check-In available through our Just Cuts App or Clients can simply walk into the salon and use our self Check-In Kiosk.”
“I also believe that spending locally has become a big concern for shoppers. Supporting small business is so important in helping every local community survive this pandemic.”
Just Cuts Port Adelaide Plaza will run a special Grand Opening offer for new Clients.
“I’ll be offering free Style Cuts for our first 30 Clients through the door on Grand Opening day, and then our Style Cuts will be priced at $19.95 for the first six weeks in business,” said Shezad.
