22 Sep 2025

MEDIA RELEASE:

22 September 2025 : The strength of the Just Cuts franchise model have been reinforced with 24 Just Cuts salons across Australia and New Zealand have each surpassed $1 million in annual revenue this year reinforces the strength and resilience of the Just Cuts franchise model.

The milestone was celebrated at the recent 2025 Just Cuts Conference, where franchisees were recognised for their outstanding performance, leadership, and contribution to their local communities.

“Reaching $1 million in annual revenue is a major achievement, and what’s most exciting is that 24 of our franchisees have done it this year,” said Amber Manning, CEO of Just Cuts. “It’s a clear signal of the strength of the Just Cuts business model - a combination of proven systems, ongoing support, and the dedication of our franchise owners who deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences every day.”

Behind each million-dollar Salon is a franchise owner who has built strong teams, provided exceptional service, and become a trusted part of their local community.

“These results show what’s possible in franchising when you pair an established brand with driven, community-minded franchisees,” Manning added.

Just Cuts, the largest hairdressing franchise in the Southern Hemisphere, continues to expand across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. With a model designed to balance lifestyle and business growth, Just Cuts offers franchisees access to training, marketing support, and operational expertise.

The brand is encouraging aspiring business owners to consider the opportunities available across its growing network.

It’s an exciting time for the Just Cuts network as it continues to expand its footprint internationally, with Salons now established across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the upcoming launch into Canada.

The Just Cuts team had a presence at The National Franchise Show in Toronto and the reponse has only heightened excitement about what lies ahead. The buzzing show floor and overwhelming interest in the Just Cuts model confirmed the brand’s potential across the country, with several promising conversations already underway.
